“We’re always innovating and changing and growing. It’s a fun position to be in to be able to gain new knowledge.”
Adam’s path at Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing shows what growth can look like when you stay committed and keep building your skills.
He joined the team in October 2014 as a temporary Machine Operator. Less than a year later, in July 2015, he was brought on full-time. Since then, Adam has continued to take on new challenges, moving up through the ranks and developing his skillset to reach Level 5 proficiency. Today, he leads as a Shift Lead, helping guide operations and support his team on the floor.
For Adam, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is the constant opportunity to learn and improve.
His experience reflects something important about working at Weaver. There is a clear path to grow. As you build your skills and increase your proficiency, there is a defined progression in both responsibility and pay. The more you put into your development, the more opportunities open up.
Adam’s journey is a strong example of how starting in an entry-level role can lead to long-term growth and leadership opportunities.
