Since joining Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing in October 2022, this team member has quickly progressed by building skills and stepping into leadership.
He started as a Level 3 Machine Operator and, through continued development, reached Level 4 within two years. Shortly after hitting that milestone, he moved into a Line Lead role, taking on more responsibility and helping guide others on the floor.
That support plays a key role in day-to-day work and long-term growth. Weaver uses Line Leads to help develop each team member’s proficiency, providing hands-on guidance and making sure employees have the resources they need to improve and move forward.
