Dustin

“There are multiple opportunities to advance, move laterally, and grow throughout your time here.”

Dustin’s journey at Weaver is a clear example of how far growth can take you when you stay open to new opportunities.

He started in 2013 as a temporary Level 1 associate in the Ready-to-Eat department, packing cases by hand. What began as a short-term role quickly turned into something more. Within weeks, he stepped into a Level 2 position, learning equipment operation and taking on additional responsibilities.

Over the years, Dustin continued to grow across multiple roles, including Machine Operator, Line Leader, and Shift Leader. Each move expanded his skillset and gave him a deeper understanding of the operation.

In 2020, Dustin made the decision to return to school while working full-time. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2024, building on earlier coursework from Anderson University and continuing his education with a clear purpose.

Today, Dustin serves as a Continuous Improvement Pillar Lead in a role that connects operations and finance. He analyzes performance data, identifies areas for improvement, and helps turn insights into measurable results across the facility. His work supports both day-to-day operations and long-term decision-making.

Dustin’s path shows that growth at Weaver is not limited to one direction. Whether it is moving up, shifting into new areas, or continuing your education, there are real opportunities to build a long-term career.
